Lateral Admission (Direct 2nd Year)
Students can join directly in the 3rd Semester (2nd Year)
- ITI in Mechanical / Relevant Trade
- +2 / I.Sc with Mathematics
- 12th PCM Pass
- +2 Vocational Course (Mechanical / Technical)

Eligibility Criteria
- 1 Admission is through the Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE) conducted by J.C.E.C.E.B, Ranchi.
- 2 Minimum qualification: 10th / Matric pass from a recognized board.
- 3 Lateral Entry option available for eligible ITI / +2 / PCM students (See above).
- 4 PECE is mandatory for regular admission through counseling.
